Description 

Rama was born with sickle cell anemia. His blood has always been different. Misshapen, stubborn, and somehow still alive.

You are Eritron, a sickle-shaped red blood cell navigating a body that was never built to last. Alongside a squad of immune cells, you'll fight off malaria, tuberculosis, and cancer across six decades of one human life. From a boy's first infection to an old man's final battle.

Every bond costs something. The Tether System lets you link with one ally per fight, unlocking powerful synergies, but your partner skips their next turn. Choose carefully. No connection is free.

Nella burns bright and dies young. Lyrius carries wounds you can't see. Makro stands between you and everything. And cancer doesn't care.
